HOW TO GET TO US
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- We are an international youth hostel for guests aged 18 to 35 only. A valid international passport must be shown on check in.
- Check-in after 2pm and check-out is before 10am. Free luggage storage and full use of facilities are available prior to check in and after check out.
- Reception hours are 7am to 11pm.
- If checking in after 11pm, please contact the night manager on 07-4047-7200 when you arrive and you will be shown to your room. Please then complete check in the following morning.
- If checking out prior to 7am, please organise an early check out with reception the night prior.
- We are a licensed premises with a bar so strictly NO BYO alcohol allowed on the premise.
- Any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
- NYE bookings: 29th Dec to 2nd Jan are non refundable after 1 Dec – full payment will be taken from your credit card on 1 Dec.
