The sun is shining over Byron Bay as you lay on top of your surfboard. The ocean bobs gently below you as wait for the perfect moment. Your expert instructor gives you the signal: paddle, paddle, paddle. You feel a push from behind and following the guidance you’ve just been given you manage to pop up to standing just as the wave breaks. Congratulations! You just caught your first wave – yeeewwww! This surf experience aims to get you from complete beginner to catching waves in only 2 hours. With only 6 students per instructor the small groups are perfect to hone your skills, and with Byron Bay as your backdrop there’s no better way to learn to surf!
